DESCRIPTION
In Avatar: The Way of Water, Miles Quaritch returns as the main antagonist, this time in a new form. After dying in the first film, his consciousness is transferred into a recombinant Na’vi body, giving him the strength and agility of the Na’vi while keeping his human mind. Quaritch is single-minded, ruthless, and obsessed with revenge against Jake Sully and the Omatikaya clan. His actions drive much of the conflict in the film, forcing Jake to protect his family and adapt to new challenges. Quaritch represents the relentless human desire to dominate and control, contrasting sharply with the Na’vi values of harmony, balance, and respect for life, and his presence underscores the ongoing tension between human greed and Pandora’s world.
