My Hero Academia is a Japanese manga and anime created by Kohei Horikoshi. It’s set in a world where most people are born with superpowers called Quirks. The story follows students at U.A. High School, who train to become professional heroes. Katsuki Bakugo Bakugo is one of the most intense and complex characters in the series. Quirk: Explosion He sweats nitroglycerin-like fluid from his palms and ignites it, letting him blast, fly, and fight with raw power and precision. Personality: Loud, aggressive, proud, and brutally honest. On the surface he seems angry all the time, but underneath he’s extremely driven and serious about being a hero. Goal: To become the No. 1 Hero through his own strength, without shortcuts or pity. Strengths: Exceptional combat sense, discipline, and work ethic. Bakugo never stops pushing himself. Bakugo’s depth What makes Bakugo interesting is his inner conflict. He grew up being praised as a genius, which built his confidence but also his fear of weakness. Meeting Izuku Midoriya (Deku) forces him to face his own insecurities. Over time, Bakugo learns humility, teamwork, and responsibility, even if his attitude stays explosive.
